Our REUSE scheme

We try to look out for the environment, and your wallet, here at Fawn & Blue.  With that in mind, we are pleased to offer a reuse scheme!  Simply give us your hardware from your existing Fawn & Blue collar and/or lead and receive a 25% discount and free postage on replacement items (full price items only).  [We will also be happy to discuss reusing hardware from other brands.  However, availability of our resuse scheme will depend on the suitability of those pieces of hardware for our products.]

It's as simple as this:

1.  Drop us a line at contact@fawnandblue.com or on Instagram or Facebook to let us know what you have and what you'd like.

 

2.  We'll check stock levels, confirm and provide all the information you need.

 

3.  You send us  your hardware in the post.  This should cost around 60p in the second class post.  Alternatively, if you're local, you might prefer to drop it off in person.

 

4.  We confirm receipt of your hardware, make up your order, and raise an invoice and send to you for payment.

 

5.  We send you your new accessories, and even cover the cost of postage out to you ourselves!
